Slight growth of prices observed in Azerbaijan's construction market

The prices in construction increased by 0.2 % in Azerbaijan during the second quarter of 2013 compared to previous quarter, the State Statistics Committee said today.

Over ground construction increased by 0.3% during the quarter, the statement said.

The prices on residential dwellings increased by 0.4%, buildings of social purposes - 0.2 % and prices on construction of production facilities decreased by 0.5% during the second quarter of current year.

During the quarter prices on construction of 5-6 storey residential dwellings and multistory residential dwellings increased by 0.4%, construction of administrative buildings from buildings of social purposes and construction of secondary schools - 0.2% and prices on construction of industrial facilities decreased by 0.5%.

Prices on construction of road decreased by 0.3% and prices on construction of bridge - 0.4%.
