Ground broken for 'Park Inn' hotel in Tbilisi

"Silk Road business group" company and the bank "VTB Georgia" signed an agreement on the allocation of 15 million lari ($ 1 = 1.65 lari) for construction of a hotel "Park inn" in Tbilisi.

Under the agreement, after 2 years in a former post office in the center of Tbilisi will open a new hotel "Park inn". Roughly hotel will start üorking in the 3rd quarter of 2015.

According to the owner of the brand, "Rezidor group", 200-room hotel will be for the middle class.

At present, "Rezidor group" already operates hotels "Radisson" in Tbilisi and Batumi, as well as to build a hotel in the resort regions of Georgia. The total price of the project is 22 million lari.

"Rezidor group" is one of the ten largest hotel companies in the world.
