
                     			
             
Azerbaijani “Ultra” and “Babilion” and Latvian “DPA” and “Laima” companies have signed memorandums of understandings on bilateral cooperation at a business forum, which was held in Baku as part of Latvian President Andris Berzins` visit.
Co-organized by Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Economic Development and Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO), the forum brought together officials of Azerbaijan and Latvia, as well as about 200 businessmen from a variety of sectors, including industry, agriculture, food industry, information-communication technologies, tourism, insurance, healthcare, education, finance, transport, construction, logistics and power engineering.
The sides praised the importance of such events in terms of further boosting cooperation and developing relations between the businessmen.
The forum also featured presentations on business and investment opportunities in Azerbaijan and Latvia.
