'ZERO' from Nar Mobile

By paying a small connection fee for subscription to the proposed Zero tariff, the subscribers will get free the first 3 minutes of in-network voice and video calls. Connection fee for the first 3 minutes of in-network calls and cost of each subsequent minute is 4 copecks, Nar Mobile said today.

Any subscriber joining this tariff will also be able to get 50% off the price for two favorite Nar numbers. During any call to favorite numbers, the first 3 minutes will cost 4 copecks per minute and 2 copecks for each minute starting from the fourth one. To join Zero tariff, a subscriber should send a message containing '0' to short number 777 or dial *777#000#Yes.
