Azerbaijan sees decrease in industrial production

During first half of 2012, AZN 15,537.7 mln-products were produced in industrial sector of Azerbaijan, down 3% compared to last year.

State Statistical Committee says production in state sector grew by 0.8%, while in non-state sector dropped 3.8%.

5.4%-decrease observed in mining field, 13.6%–growth - in processing sphere, 4.9% - in electricity, gas and steam production, distribution and supply section rose 4.3%, waste treatment and processing – 4.8.
