Unileasing issues bonds with yield of 9.5 percent

The State Securities Committee (SSC) of Azerbaijan registered issue prospectus of interest, unsecured, registered non-documentary bonds of CJSC Unileasing worth 5 million manat, Baku Stock Exchange said on Friday.

Under the prospectus, 5,000 bonds par value of 1,000 manat each were issued. Term of circulation of the securities is 12 months at an annual interest rate of 9.5 percent and interest repayment period of 180 days. Underwriter of the placement is JSC "Unicapital".

Those, who wish to acquire bonds, can apply to organization, which is a member of the BSE and has a brokerage license.

UniLeasing was established in July 2004. Founders of the CJSC "Unileasing" is a commercial bank Unibank (66.67 percent) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (33.33 percent).
