CBA reports about increase in monetary reserves

The official monetary reserves of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) increased by $564.8 million (5.4 per cent) in the second quarter of 2012, the CBA said on Wednesday. According to the CBA, the monetary reserves of the bank amounted to $11.046.3 billion as of July 1, 2012.

In 2010, the CBA's reserves amounted to $6.407.6 billion, and in 2011 - $10.481.5 billion.

In 2012, the Central Bank expects about $3-billion increase in its monetary reserves.
