Qafqaz Lizinq issues corporate bonds

The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee (SSC) has registered the issue prospectus of unsecured interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds of leasing company Qafqaz Lizinq totaling 600,000 manat, the SSC said on Friday.

Some 600 bonds at par value each in 1000 manat issued in the frame of the prospectus.

Ltd. Qafqaz Lizinq is a financial leasing company. It is fully owned by the Turkish group of companies NAB, which is the founder.
