E-trade reaches 0,5mln manat in Azerbaijan

In January-May 2012, retail trade network sold AZN 6.8bn worth consumer products to the population. The commodity market gas increased by 9.2% against the similar period of 2011, the State Statistical Committee reported.

Of the consumer product, AZN 871,2m was realized in networks of legal entities, AZN 3,1bn of individual entrepreneurs engaged in trade without forming legal entity, AZN 2,8m in networks of individuals operating in markets and fairs.

The volume of e-trade made up AZN 498,3m.The population spent AZN 3,9bn to food products and AZN 2,9bn to non-food products in retail trade networks.
