Azerbaijan approves rules of investment securities issuance

The State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan approved the rules of issuance of investment securities, the committee said on Monday.

These rules regulate the issuance of corporate bonds by legal persons, an additional issue of shares during the increase of an authorised capital of a stock company, issue of shares during the ups and downs of their face value, issue of investment securities during the reorganization of commercial organizations, as well as determine the procedure for assigning state registration number to investment securities.

In addition, the Committee approved changes to the rules of asset management activities in the securities market, the rules of implementation of activities to keep the register of securities owners, the rules of the simultaneous activity of different types of professional activity on securities market and the standards of depository activities.
