EU commences teaching stock institutes of Azerbaijan to takeover bid standards

Training course is taking place in Baku within the framework of EU program TAIEX.

The State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan informs that the course will be conducted on 23-25 May for the staff of the SSC, Baku Stock Exchange and the National Depository Center. Within its framework the course listeners will be familiarized with the EU takeover bid (buyout) standards of companies, which is expected to strengthen the potential of the SCS, the BSE and the NDC.
