Demand for mortgage bonds oversubscribed

The issue prospectus of unsecured interest-bearing book-entry registered bonds of the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF), acting under the Central Bank, amounting to 30 million manat is placed at Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), BSE told on Monday.

Applications for the auction were represented by two investors, totaling 29.8 million manat at face value. The entire amount of the bonds was fully invested. The applications were submitted at the current price 100.5583 percent.

The maturity date is defined on January 22, 2022.

Placement was implemented from the issue registered in January 2012 in the amount of 30 million manat having a par value of 1.000 manat each at an annual rate of three percent.

Placement of bonds of this issue began on March 15 this year, and currently the amount of placed bonds is 14 million manat.
