Azerbaijan ups control over securities transactions

The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee (SSC) approved rules to report securities transactions. It is stated in the report of the State Committee on Friday. The rules included in the state register of legal acts of Azerbaijan.

The new rules specify requirements for reports on transactions with investment securities in the territory of Azerbaijan, submitted to the committee by professional market participants, the order of their presentation and preparation.

These rules allow to organize records, to make them available in electronic form, as well as improve control over operations with securities, carried out by SSC.
