France-Azerbaijan ICT coop mulled

Azerbaijan`s Minister of Communications and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov has met with French ambassador Gabriel Keller. Addressing the meeting, Ali Abbasov highlighted the activity of the French ambassador in the country.

The Minister also touched upon the cooperation relations in the information communication technologies (ICT) sphere between the two countries. He also provided information on Azerbaijan`s first telecommunication satellite Azerspace and noted that the satellite is expected to launch into the Orbit.

The sides also praised Azerbaijan`s Minister of Communications` visit to France, as well as France-Azerbaijan ICT business forum held in Paris. The Minister also expressed assurance for new projects on the sidelines of the cooperation with French Companies and wished success to French ambassador in his future activity.
