BICEX, MICA sign MoU

General Manager for the Baku Interbank Currency Exchange (BICEX) Farhad Amirbayov and President of Moscow International Currency Association (MICA) Alexei Mamontov has signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Baku.

The memorandum aims to create opportunities for the financial communities of Azerbaijan and Russia to participate in the trading systems of BICEX and ?ICA-BEST (Bourse E-system of trades), and DELTA.The memorandum will be effective for 12 months.
