
The Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline is expected to pump 645,161 barrels of oil a day in May, down from 735,000 barrels a day originally scheduled to load in April, according to the provisional loading program seen by Dow Jones Newswires Wednesday.
May loadings will amount to a total of 20 million barrels, compared with 22.05 million barrels in April, the program shows, Dow Jones reported..
BP PLC (BP) is a 30% stakeholder in the BTC pipeline, which carries Azeri crude from Baku in Azerbaijan to Turkey's Mediterranean port of Ceyhan.
