Socar buys 10% stake in Petkim

Azerbaijan`s state oil firm, SOCAR has won a bid of Turkey`s Privatization Board to buy a 10% stake in petrochemicals maker Petkim. SOCAR purchased the stake for $168,500,000. SOCAR`S Turkey unit owns a 51 percent majority stake in Petkim.
