Securities requirements tightened in Azerbaijan

The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee has approved the requirements to prepare and sell all forms of securities, the State Committee said on Thursday.

This document has been included in the Azerbaijani state register of legal acts.

This legislative act defines the requirements to organize safety measures while preparing forms of securities in accordance with advanced international standards and experience.

The requirements apply to the technological, technical aspects and safety requirements in the field of manufacturing all kinds of securities, including lottery tickets, the accounting system, as well as the legal safety standards of production facilities.
