Azerbaijan, Qatar eye agricultural cooperation

Azerbaijan`s Minister of Agriculture Ismat Abasov has today met Qatari ambassador to the country Sheikh Mubarak bin Fahad Jassem Al Thani. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

Abasov briefed the diplomat on Azerbaijan`s achievements in the agrarian sector. Abasov put forward proposals regarding the development of agricultural cooperation between Azerbaijan and Qatar.

The Qatari ambassador said during his tenure he spared no efforts to contribute to developing bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the agrarian sector.
