Date set for final talks on Petkim share sale

The final negotiations on the sale of a 10.32 percent public stake in Turkish petrochemical complex Petkim will be held this week, on Friday, Reuters reported with the reference to the Turkey's Privatisation Board.

The SOCAR-Turcas joint venture has a 51 percent share in Turkish petrochemical complex. 38.67 percent is free float in Istanbul stock exchange.

Earlier SOCAR-Turcas Chief Executive Kenan Yavuz told Reuters that the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) placed a bid with Turkey's Privatisation Board to buy a 10.32 percent stake in Petkim.
