Several flights from Baku cancelled - UPDATE

Ural Airlines has finally explained the reason for cancelling flights on the Baku-Moscow route.

Earlier tickers for the flight were provided by the national airline Azerbaijan Airlines. However from March 25 the company no longer provides tickets on this basis, Ural Airlines Baku Office told Trend on Tuesday.

According to the report, from May this year, Ural Airlines intends opening its own flight on the Moscow-Baku-Moscow route.

As the Airline IrAero told Trend on Tuesday, the reason for cancelling Baku-Omsk flight is lack of passengers. It was currently impossible to get a comment from the Rusline Airline.

Today flights to Perm, Omsk, Moscow and Grozny from Baku were all cancelled.

Flights of the Rusline Airline to Perm and Grozny, Ural Airlines (Moscow) and IrAero (Omsk) were all cancelled.

The Heydar Aliyev International Airport has today cancelled flights to 3 Russian cities – Moscow, Perm, Omsk.

The airport did not mention the reason for the cancellation of flights, saying that they are delayed until an unspecified period. “Today, flights have not been implemented to these cities. Also, the flights from Baku in the opposition direction had been delayed”.  All three flights are performed by Russian airlines.
