Omni Finance re-enters Azerbaijan's stock market

The State Securities Committee (SSC) of Azerbaijan registered the issue prospectus of interest-bearing book-entry registered unsecured bonds of Omni Finance LLC for the total amount of 500,000 manat, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) said on Thursday.

Under the emission 500 bonds with a nominal value of each 1,000 manat were issued.

Those wishing to purchase bonds can apply to an organization that is a member of BSE and has a brokerage license.

Underwriter of the bond placement is LLC Texnika Capital Management. Omni Finance is non-banking credit organization, which was founded six years ago by LLC Mikromaliyye".
