Tax Ministry reveales over 3,000 tax violation cases

The Tax Ministry of Azerbaijan revealed 3.226 facts of tax legislation violation in February. The Ministry reports that of them 1.687 facts concerned violation of cashless payments rules, 346- currency legislation on trade and public catering sites, 192- unregistered activity in tax bodies, 619- activity without required permission (license).

Within operational measures facts on employment of 454 people by 224 taxpayers without labor agreements were revealed as well, 123 taxpayers provided passenger transportation services by vehicles without numberplates, besides 35 taxpayers were revealed to have 499 units of unlabeled production.
