Azerbaijan, Belarus sign cooperation agreement

Azerbaijan`s Ministry of Economic Development and Belarus Economy Ministry have today signed an agreement of cooperation. The document was signed by Azerbaijani Economic Development Minister Shahin Mustafayev and Belarus Economy Minister Nikolai Snopkov.

The document envisages expansion of bilateral economic relations, exchange of information and experience on development of trade, investment and entrepreneurship, implementation of programmes and projects of mutual interest and organization of business forums, seminars and bilateral meetings between businessmen.

Prior to the sighing ceremony, Mustafayev met the Belarus delegation led by Economy Minister Nikolai Snopkov. During the meeting, they discussed current state of and prospects for developing economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Belarus.
