Azerbaijan placed 4th issue of mortgage bonds

Auction on the placement of the last part of the fourth issue of secured interest uncertificated registered bonds of Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF) under the Central Bank in the amount of three million manat, the fund said on Monday will be held on Feb. 23.

Placement will be conducted by public subscription. The bonds will be submitted to the auction at the current price - 101.1833 percent. The maturity date is defined on August 28, 2018. If demand exceeds supply, all applications will be provided in a proportional manner. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan will be the initial organizer of the placement.

The State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan (SSC) registered the fourth issue of secured interest bonds of the AMF in the amount of 20 million manat in September 2011.The bonds worth 17 million manat has been placed from this amount. Some 20,000 bonds with a face value of 1,000 manat each are produced under the emissions. Maturing is 2520 days.
